I mean he shoulda dropped out so much earlier, but Dems are gonna KILL in the midterms despite the DNC, not because of it. My point is Martin is a terrible leader who makes bad, emotional decisions. His first bad, emotional decision was attempting to oust Hogg. Thankfully Hogg bowed out and didn’t let Martin waste DNC money trying to do it.
Much like post covid, people will be crawling through glass to vote against Trump in the next 2 elections. Hopefully the DNC and Dems won’t take it as the last time people ever vote for Republicans, like when we elected Biden.
He started another organization and continues to speak about gun violence. I think you’ll see that ducking out of the DNC when he did was a smart move, and David Martin’s choice to be a big ol baby about Hogg’s message was the first of a calamity of errors that has led to the entire organization being be-clowned.

The incoming DNC chair publically told Hogg that him getting elected on a pro getting rid of useless and protected incumbents with people who give a shit, pumping real money into grassroots campaigns for popular candidates even if they are in a district that has been controlled be a democratic necromantic corpse, was the worst things that have ever happened to him.
He made it super emotional and clear that just Hogg coming out and saying those things, being very critical of the loss, was already ruining his tenure, so he arranged to use the full power and funding of his new office against amother duly elected member.
Rather than continue that kind of waste and understanding how unpopular his platform still was in the mainstream DNC, Hogg chose to bow out. Props to him for the decision. After Ken Martin has been humiliated over and over again.

You should, the DNC and RNC aren’t even public entities. They are private companies and operate as such. The entire system is corrupt and rotten.

Newsome should be unacceptable as a presidential candidate for the left. He’s about as centrist and business forward as they come. Almost all his projects directed at Californians have a business windfall attached to them.

It’s crazy this is like the first time I’m seeing this really talked about. Families don’t talk about it, or lie. If you need a job, the best paying one might be for ice, a lot of people are gonna be taking that job. Just like they work in civil service, or corrections, or go to the military. Those masks are for plausible deniability at a family gathering.
Ice didn’t just successfully recruit every piece of shit who needed a job, it netted a lot of struggling people who felt forced to compromise their morals because they’re offering real money and will hire anyone.
It’s horrible, these people are tainted, they may pay a price, but the choices aren’t real in this oligar-chic hellscape. I bet if you look at recruitment stats for ice, they’ll be the highest where the poverty line is the lowest.
That’s exactly that happened the election after covid, it’s gonna be harder but I bet the election still breaks records because of how many people are gonna turn out to vote against Trump.
