But the simple fact is that the repubs lost way more of their voterbase to covid than the Dems did. So if you use proportional models, there is a good chance they are off by double the excess deaths in the republican party… And that is a lot.

All the vote predictions are inching to a 50 50 split. And pollsters are using AI to simulate real people and using that in their models.

I’m curious if the split will actually be this close, but everything screams that the models are not right.

And then the moment you see some smaller pollsters who actually did the legwork, you see deviation from the 50 50 split.

But still… The call to vote is excellent, cause last time around some states where decided by less than 15K votes.

I would argue this is just campaign contributions by the cities. And the regulations should be changed in the cities to require cash up front.

So the federal institution just gets Texas employees to do it as members of the constituency.

The pac will be pennyless and defunct in a few days. Good luck getting money from it. It did his job in legalising an obscene contribution to the Trump campaign and will just be closed up.

Also Liz Cheney is an easy target for the repubs, Schwarzenegger not so much.

And yes, I can say that a presidential candidate wishing death upon his political rivals is bad form, but the only thing that works against this would be the US actually rounding up the upper echelons of the republican party and EVERY last one of the people who worked on project 2025 and have a Nuremberg style trial. And actually hang everyone found guilty. Short of that, the fascism will just fester until the next election cycle.

So the Dems could tout around the governator but instead walk around an unlikable republican Hillary.

Being in Trumps good graces… or at least bit on his bad side is something very valuable. The Dems will do NOTHING to the fascists and robber barons, but Trump will be a vengeful dictator. So this is the only logical thing to do for him.

I’d suggest if the Dems win, they actually step on the fascists instead of placating them. This means trials and prison.

1000000% the double standard that is applied to kamala compared to Trump seen in the media makes my blood boil. And it should do so for everyone. But the propaganda machine of the billionaire class is very effective.

I wasn’t comparing Kamala to Trump (as there is no comparison possible, she is leagues beyond anything he can even dream of… although Id favor bernie over her any day), I was merely observing a difference between pre and post DNC Kamala. Now she feels more like a Hillary bot in the town hall.

I also believe there are no centrist or undecided voters in the US, only people still ashamed to say out loud they will vote for an open fascist.
