You can use Wireshark to monitor all network traffic. It’s not a simple task though. But if you take the time to set it up and learn how to use it, you can know everything that leaves your computer.

I consider the social interactions as part of the job. I can play nice and engage when I’m on the clock, and then I go home and forget work exists. But if they aren’t keeping me from getting work done, I can fake it until I go home.
