

eh, it’s good to be informed from a variety of sources that isn’t your local newscast or newspaper.
just set limits on your browsing time… there’s apps and stuff for that.
like any addiction: if it affects your friends/family relationships, your personal health, or your wallet… it’s time to use some resources and get out (whilst you still can).
pretty sure in the near future there won’t just be gaming/alcoholics/narcotics anonymous, but also internet/screentime/social media, and def TucTuc/‘I’m an influencer’ anonymous.
