On the level of ‘idiot’ Schafseggl: Just seggl with the prefix sheep. Slightly more derogatory Grasdaggel: grass-dachshund, same level as Schafseggl

Seggl: Just a general insult to someone but not too bad. On the level of ‘idiot’
