Since people seem to have missed this one, unsealed in the Smith filing:
-Trump used a burner phone, routed through a foreign country to contact Michigan house speaker.
-He tried to pressure the speaker in this off book call.
-Speaker McCarthy knew about the burner phone line.
-The phone showed up as “Spam Risk Egypt” on caller ID.
If he bounced it through a foreign telecom/IP network, the NSA has tapes. Lordy.
Even if he didn’t route it through a foreign country, I’m sure they have it. I’m sure they have tons of intel on him. Why they stand by and do nothing with it? We may never know.
Because NSA is defense. what you want is judicial, which is the FBI.

I’m sure of it. Yet he remains a free man, openly conspiring against the country, committing crimes and plotting treason. But anyone who’s capable of doing something about is either in on it, or seemingly unconcerned.
We know the nsa basically has the whole internet downloaded from Snowden leaks. We know they have all the metadata. I assume they also have transcripts if not actual recordings of every call made anywhere starting from the time they had data centers capable of holding that much storage
