This is great to hear! They’re impressively massive animals, often called lobos del rio (river wolves) and only found living in the Amazon Rainforest rivers and streams. Sadly they’re having a hard time due to historically hunting and now habitat loss.
River wolves are a great name!
I thought a pair of women were nearly killed by them in Florida, but that’s a false memory. Anyone know what I’m thinking of?
