i think i still prefer the other shot though. there’s something nice about how smooth the gradient is.
using jpeg instead of avif for these as i think my instance recompresses avif poorly to the point where all dark details become a jumbled compression-artifacted mess.

This is good work! A blue-orange gradient is one of the most interesting and absorbing color patterns the human psyche can take in!
