Traditionally you put those in the foyer, vestibule, or mud room. You’ll want a droppable chandilier, rock, or vat of boiling pitch to drop in from above, stop the nimble and parkour ready. Few friends with pike & shot to help guide them in maybe. No sense in letting the person you want murderholed making their way in and tracking mud everywhere.
You know about hidden gun furniture right? If not know now that guns were hidden even inside tables. So, what do you think?
To be fair, hiding a gun in a piece of furniture is orders of magnitude easier than a trapdoor setup.
