Not a chance in hell Trump caps it at 10%. Even if he says he wants to, it’ll never make it through Congress.

Why would they give a shit? They get paid to do nothing. All they have to do is let Elon and Trump do whatever the fuck they want and they get to insider trade and suck on the teat of the taxpayer all while getting the best healthcare in the country for free for life. Our system of governing is a joke.
