I honestly don’t know how. I think there are some apartments that were bought a long time ago and passed down to people so their housing costs can still be incredibly low, but current rents and people looking to buy, it’s a shit show. Also, just cost of everything is crazy. It’s a love/hate relationship for me. I met my wife who’s lived here most of her life, wouldn’t be here.

Turns out, hording all my old gaming PC hardware was the right call. With component prices these day it feels like a small fortune having extra hardware, drives, and ram laying around!
