I almost quit then too. I eventually built a huge copper mine for just producing copper powder and conveying it to my main factory. It still was a struggle until I maxed all my production out there.

I’m a Mechanical Engineer now and finally am working in some cool cutting edge upcycling technology after working oil and gas adjacent for a dozen years.

I’m in the US in the Pacific North West, mid 30s, and I can (and do) drive manual transmissions. My last two cars both were manuals. I hate CVTs, but could live with an automatic if it was quick enough with paddle shifters.
