My sister has knitted since she was a kid. Later started creating fleece items. Then she bought raw wool, washed, spun and dyed it. Then bought a wooden … loom? to make carpets from it.

I have no clue. He got fired and asked not to return.
Not on the first day but after a few weeks. He missed work every Wednesday, always claiming to have eaten something bad the evening before (it was always the same food). He wasn’t all that bright.
Hey, you don’t see me complaining they stay there and don’t migrate to Lemmy. I’m pretty fine with that.
I’m not even in a rural setting and the only way to get my dogs to the vet is via car. Getting a taxi to drive there is difficult when one of your dogs starts vomiting after the second turn.
That and getting to by family in a rural setting. 2 hours by car vs up to 8 by train. With two dogs. That won’t happen 😐
Besides that I don’t really need a car.
