Wikipedia is one of the great achievements of humanity and the Internet. Ofc I donate. If their management’s salary is high – that’s good. It should be a well-paid job. Everyone should be compensated appropriately for their time. With money or (preferably: and) with the satisfaction that their job is important and appreciated.

For this exact reason I’m using NextCloud as a service. You can even install plugins.

It’s a trade-off ofc but it works rocks solid so far.

By now it’s pretty obvious what is happening and what probably will happen. The ones unable to understand will inevitably have a hard time and a lower chance of passing on their genes which is fine by me.

It depends on your use case and what you are trying to achieve.

You do not need k8s (or k3s…) to use containers though. Plain old containers could also suffice, or Docker Swarm if you need some container orchestration functionality.

Trying to learn k8s would be a good reason to use k8s though :)
