What would an Evangelical scream?

The absolute slaughter of cops and ice agents that would immediately happen. Like a Thanos snap.

No incentive to comply. No incentive to be taken alive. If they ever get you in cuffs that’s a wrap. You are gone. Whether that’s to an extermination camp in a foreign country. A domestic slave labor camp. Or just beaten to death and thrown in a mass grave like those cops did down south. You are effectively gone. So we have to stop that from happening by any means necessary.

I halfway think that’s what they want. So they can declare martial law. But that just ends in open war.

Since the New Deal the goal of the capitalist class has been a slow crawl back to slavery. Couldnt do it too fast. Had to take it slow.

No taxes for the rich and businesses. No rights for workers. And eventually No pay or choice for them either.

That beyond all the other myriad failures of this country is why I hate it so much and why I long to see it fall.

And it’s all been fully Bipartisan. Republicans advance the goals of oligarchy by leaps. Democrats are the vanguard that protects the rich and the corrupt. They stop all of us from making things better. Social and cultural issues are ephemeral at best. Ultimately unimportant to the oligarchy beyond their utility as a tool of control and coercion. There is no morality involved. There is just greed and corruption.

Liberals. Do not run this clown in 2028 if you want to win.

Even while (begrudgingly) admitting that China has surpassed the US everywhere that matters they just can’t help but squeeze in just enough sinophobia to make the whole thing reek of desperate nationalism.

This isn’t that deep. The US only looks as far ahead as the next fiscal quarter while China plans decades ahead. We were always going to lose this. The competence of our leadership never mattered. China has and will continue to leave the US behind. That is and will continue to happen. Trump just accelerated the timetable.

There is no grand plan. Just an old con man who rode a wave of engineered cultural grievance to power in a Hail Mary attempt to avoid going to prison. Now he’s ripping the copper out of the walls before the ship sinks and he flees to a non-extradition treaty nation.

Don’t support genocide. Materially or tacitly.

Not a big ask. That’s the baseline. Doesn’t matter where. Doesn’t matter who. Don’t support it. Fight against it. Because we are all human beings.

If you want enthusiastic grassroots support however. That’s gonna cost you actual policy that actually helps people. Here’s some examples. Universal Healthcare. Free college, which you should be supporting anyway if you dont want the country to be left behind the rest of the world. UBI cuz it’s just a good idea and it’s been proven to work. Also we need it because -gesticulates wildly at everything- and …people spending money is good for the economy. Sadly, we’re a capitalist country. And if everyone is broke the house of cards will just unceremoniously collapse.
