The strains they have out there these days are designed to maximize thc, but it’s at the cost of balance. Thc and cbd sort of limit each other in a nice way, but modern weed is low on cbd so all you get is the harsh high and none of the calm or relaxation. Lots of people get anxiety from smoking modern weed that never did with classic mods or ditch weed.

If you use just a bit of weed with a bunch of hemp (like 10% weed tops) it’s a lot more like the old-school experience. Very mild and pleasant.

It may not be enough to prevent the panic attacks, idk :( it helped with the smoking anxiety for me, though.

No, not for many years now. This all happened 2008-10. I threatened a restraining order, and claimed I was sending everything to my attorney, including over a year worth of unanswered monthly “still made at me?” type of messages, and never heard from them again.

Several years later I learned they became a felon for sexual assault of another person (idk the person, but it does make keeping tabs on the stalker very easy as they are on the offender registry).

Soon I’ll be moving away from the area entirely and I’ll feel a lot better.

It is thus very difficult to sort out what this article is talking about as someone with zero religious upbringing or education.

Apparently prior to 1927 they weren’t using the mitre at all, and were using a papal tiara, which is frankly quite ugly, so it’s just as well pope Benedict XVI broke tradition and went with the mitre.

In 1963 pope Paul VI was coronated with the tiara, and was the last to be so far.

Also gold and silver count as “white” because the mitre has to be white. So that’s weird af.

I made some video game themed Xmas ornaments out of air dry clay as a gift… they turned out fine, but I didn’t realize the paint I used on them didn’t do a good enough job sealing them up. They should have been resin-dipped. In places the paint cracked, moisture got in, and over a couple years expanded the paper-based clay through the cracks so they look super creepy now. Very disappointing.

Mistakes are a great way to learn, though.
