As a lay person, I agree. If “publishing in the media” is indeed “communicating” (which I see as such), then this guy does at least attempt to tamper jurors.

Are there any penalties involved in that law?

Now that is an attempt of political influence on the justice system.

I bought and installed gallery rails in the living room. We wanted to completely re-arrange alle the framed stuff there, and I didn’t want to turn the wall into swiss cheese. The hooks I’ve bought have been a bit beefy for some things I needed to hang, so I had to put a few of them to the grinder, but all in all this made the walls very neat, and easily to rearrange later.

It’s pretty clear he doesn’t have the cash to pay the judgement in full, and will need to sell illiquid assets at a discount in order to pay the full amount.

Good. I love to see him wince. If he has to liquidate everything penny to the pound, even better.

Sadly, no. I’d love to see him endig up behind bars, and there are many of the other legal problems that would rightfully put him in the slammer. But not this case.

Just take some of his beloved real estate and auction it off until the full sum is paid. Hopefully, this will break his ego.

The “free ride on public transport” is something I only knew from Japan. Although I would not profit from this, I’d prefer they would use this method here, too.

Well, he is a Republican. Which means that he is not smart enough to be better.

There are tools with which you can drive out the pins. They are only good for straight bands, not the tapered ones (unless you don’t care for the looks).

There is an easily hackable and cheap device from IKEA by the name of “VINDRIKTNING”. There are YT videos on how to wifi-enable that thing and integrate it into home automation services.

Maybe because this is (still) the more adult place?
