Tzaziki is one of my favourite uses for cucumber, plus you can really put a lot in there. Another option might be raita!

One week should be enough to know whether you really want this. Don’t forget a stage will be as much a learning experience for them as it is for you. If you’re really keen, show them your enthusiasm, curiosity and dedication.

P.S. I can’t imagine what it’s like to work at EA but also realise that the service industry is also known as one of the most draining. It can be very rewarding but - as the other commenter said - you have to pace yourself.

This looks super tasty! I already love feta and scrambled eggs but I’ve never had them together??? Time to change that

My fiancé and I both work and we usually get groceries for 1-2 days at a time and cook for the two of us most days of the week. For us there have been a few key elements to being able to cook after work:

• Find dishes that you like that take max 45 min to cook including prep.
• Once you each have a handful of go-to’s (let’s say 5-7), you can rotate between these on a regular basis. Of course some will be more suitable for lazy days than others.
• Be sure to update your short list when you feel it’s getting boring to cook and eat the same things.
• It really helps to always have tortillas, pasta and rice in the house.
