No, unfortunately USPS is entirely federal. So yeah, the change to post dates becoming useless for their function can’t be changed, but the feds can’t make rules to override state election authority either (unless it was legislation, which won’t happen)
Lawsuit here will confirm that voting is a states issue, not a federal one. You don’t need the judiciary to enforce, just confirm. The states already do the enforcement. So, unlike other cases where the judge is basically powerless to enforce, that’s definitely not going to be the case here.

Except that’s not the gamble. Imagine a game of rock-paper-scissors with extreme stakes. Bets can be placed on whatever either player is going to throw and everyone can see the bets. Then, before this one player goes, there’s always a massive amounts of bets for whatever they’re about to throw. Without fail. Incorrect. We had union buy-in from over 100+ unions. We had business owner buy-in as well, bringing the total to 700+ businesses closed during the strike. The organization was grass-roots, fast, and actually gave people the time to get behind it. This one is… not as organized and its got me worried.
I’m kind of annoyed that the labor union sponsored strike last Friday which was two weeks in the making got almost no air, but was extremely successful. And now a student strike at the U of M with very little momentum with labor unions is getting national attention.
I know that one is the cause of the other, but it sure makes it feel like this next strike is going to fall flat on its face and rob the whole tactic of its power. I really want to be wrong, and want nothing but for this to work, but you really need buy-in in order to shutdown businesses and get the actual impact you need.
10% of labor striking across all industries will be impactful, but 10% of businesses closing due to a strike is outright devastating. And without labor union buy-in, I don’t think the latter is likely.
General strike on Friday was successful and they’re alienating enough of the 2A weirdos with the Pretti murder that they’re “backing off” of their own accord. Really, it’s a scapegoat to try and move the narrative and they’ll keep on with the mission as they were.
