“Oh that has funny jokes!”
“Oh… they were the only good jokes.”
“Oh that has funny jokes!”
“Oh… they were the only good jokes.”
Someone else makes a complicated tools for teeth doctors to record what they do and helps them keep track of how much money they are owed.
I teach people to use that tool, and fix it when it breaks. Usually both because I’ll try to explain how to do something and realize it’s broken half way through
That’s cheap???
Dear heavens, I didn’t realize some places were that rough.
That sounds cheap as an American! Is it affordable with how much money Lithuainians make?
Oh well isn’t that swell, add on some of those people probably have loans for their mobile homes and can’t afford to move them, and we get what we have.
Trailer parks saw how much money normal land lords were making, and were like “What’s stopping up from raising rent for no reason as well?”
Rule 1 of affordable housing:
No narcs!
When I was little (just 29) you would hear a price like that for the mini mansions up on the hill.
I can’t imagine how absurd it seems for people old enough that they bought their first home for 20k back in the 70s.
Good reminder to never move their.
I’m not saying I would kill to have my mortgage be 16% of my take home pay.
But if the military could guarantee it, id consider it.
For more fun, calculate how much money you would have to make to meet the rule of having your mortgage only cost 30% of your take home pay!
To buy a home with a 2k mortgage and keep that rule, you’d need a TAKE HOME pay of nearly 80k, so easily needing 6 figures gross pay to afford these two homes while still keeping this rule.
Never thought about it, but there is cheese sauce that whenever I open it up, it gets used until its gone like instantly. Every meal is rated on if the cheese sauce can be used.
Basically any sauce for me. I open a jar of pasta sauce to use part of it? Every meal I consider if I can use it.
Well dang that vitamix kicked butt. Guess I’m just used to the crappy ones where it kicks things up.
But hey that’s my ninja in the video! For how much cheaper it is I’ll consider it a success if it can do most things the vitamix can do, but just takes a little longer.
A good old folks home at least.
At my grandma’s (new) home she has her own apartment in the building, gets cleaning once a week, different events happen all during the day, then they have different options for each meal. Where she can either go down stairs to their little restaurant or have it delivered.
Hers is rather nice and the food is actually cooked to order, has 3 courses, and you pick 3 or so options that change each day and it actually feels like a nice restaurant since the staff take orders, deliver food, bring aroumd drinks, the like.
There is a stark difference between an independent living one like this and one where the staff are required to do showers/change briefs.
So if you look into it, make sure the level of care is what you like and they actually have a budget to take good care of their residents.
Some are understaffed and mismanaged to where the staff never have time/budget for activities and the food is basically just microwave dinners. My grandma was at one like that for far too long and she will never forgive how crappy the food was.
Nice Independent living facilities are the most camp counselor like job I can think of.
Old folks home.
Like my grandma has different events everyday and bond with the long term staff.
They all look like bottom blade only things, whereas my ninja has 3 blades throughout.
Me and bottom only blades are not friends.
I mean my new blender has 3 blades that mean I never have to poke, shake, or worry. One blade at bottom, middle, then top, and the blades reach near the sides of the blender. There is nowhere my fruit can hide from my Ninja.
Those blenders that only have blades at the bottom always get stagnant and you have to like stir, poke, and prod. Like you’ll get a frozen strawberry down by the blades, and it’ll just kick it up higher into the liquid. Felt like it never evenly blended things.
looks at remnants of two broken printers
Yeah you right. I really should save up a grand before trying again.
I’ve actually heard that a lot of beginners quit because no matter how hard they practice it sounds like trash and feels bad to play, and it’s to do with the cheap guitar they got.

Fun to know that it’s still absolutely screwed.
