It’s not even like some bombshell interview or anything either. It’s basically a Christian running for Senate in Texas that’s saying Trump and his ilk are not real Christians and that there are lots of people out there that are fed up with the corruption in the church and especially in politics. He didn’t make any really bold statements or say anything that could have been considered aggressive or hateful. All told, it was a fairly uneventful interview that got a whole lot more traction than it might have because it got censored. It would have been hardly a blip on the radar otherwise. I hope the ‘Colbert bump’ helps get him in office.

While having a buffer of some sort is good practice and certainly a recommended one, pricing and inflation have gone through the roof lately. I don’t know how that may affect one’s financial planning/preparation, esp in a case like this where there is not necessarily an end in sight.
