Yes, though the other side is allowed to challenge your reasons if there’s a theme in your eliminations and each side can only do it so many times. You also can’t ask too much personal information, though that varies based on the case.
You cannot be kicked off for any reason. Class and race are invalid grounds for removal, but you can be removed for no reason.
Is there a native Portuguese speaker in the child’s life? Otherwise it’s a little dicey, because they’ll inherit your errors, but if you’re really careful about it and flood them with Portuguese language input from native speakers in the form of songs and audiobooks that you can read along with in person, you can still give them a good linguistic foundation.
If supporters of capitalism had foresight, they wouldn’t support capitalism
It would be a marked improvement if Texas started suddenly caring about uninhabitability. The rich will simply get better generators and let the heat waves and downed power grid cull the masses.
Basically
You got me, I’m both accustomed to a rough peasant life and fragile to the touch like a snowflake. It feels nice to finally be understood
I could spring from my ankles, but getting my knees involved made me mess up the timing and I got no lift.
I used to be unable to jump, but then I did Morris dancing. I learned how to jump normally at 27.
I don’t know where you’re getting that though. He is technically and really a convicted felon. You can say it and he can’t sue you (yet. No promises if he wins and declares himself god-king)
Conviction occurs when someone is found guilty
That would be hilarious, in a really cynical way. I’m just imagining a literally rabid Republican candidate campaigning. MAGAers would probably stop drinking water in solidarity and we’d get to really test out that “I could shoot someone on fifth avenue” theory, but with biting on campaign stops.
I imagine the drug being in someone else’s physical possession makes a difference. People (thankfully and reasonably) aren’t charged for guns the police have in their possession during their arrest, for example.
He also had a bit of a chip on his shoulder about it, to be fair.
He was Austrian in Germany and those are both very stereotypically Austrian names.
I was on a third date, and we met an acquaintance of mine. I went to introduce them and blanked. Worse, I went for what I thought I remembered, which ended up close enough to be culturally insensitive. His name was Franz and I said Fritz and he was pretty hurt.
I don’t know much about West Virginia, except that most of the people running it still havedeep political ties to the Hatfields/McCoys feud. I handled litigated coal miner’s lung insurance cases for a while, and that came up again and again, to the point that that our local legal manager would monitor the family ties of local defense firms and judges.
I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s really what got manchin elected, but it’s also something that could work for lots of potential candidates
They should have allowed it and also invited a few reps from the ICC
I can’t tell if that’s sarcasm or if megachurches just Walmart local churches
