Counterpoint, I’m trying to find a good bot to be a matchbot for a community I made. It’s more effort than I have time to devote to posting a Pre-Match, Match, and Post-Match thread to the community with lineups, match events, and game summary. I wish a bot could take care of that so I could simply comment on the game in each thread.

I just spent $20 of it on Sync for Lemmy. Well worth it.

Yeah this has to be my number one criticism at the moment. It’s a bit of a catch 22: you want a steady stream of quality content, so you subscribe to multiple communities of the same name so nothing falls through the cracks, and then posters post to multiple related or same-named communities so nobody misses it 🤷‍♂️
