Anything pro-suicide
Yeah, because at least they’re outside and doing something social, instead of being a hermit like me.
I’ve lived in America all my life. Thank you for this interesting outside perspective. I never would have guessed that the ADA is held in such high regard!
Sometimes, I see a quality discussion between principled people who care deeply about the issues. They both want to do what’s best, but simply disagree on what “best” is.
Their opinions can be so far apart, though, that they’re unable to even comprehend the other position.
The original story infuriated me. I’m glad this committee is being more seriously looked at.
At least it contains the word “shamed”. Shaming someone is usually seen as unfair and judgmental.
Absurdist inside jokes with no explanation.
Idiotic opinions, and the people who loudly and enthusiastically share them.
Edit: I am definitely including myself lol
I’m so glad they used the full version of this photo. The look on Trump’s face is wonderful.
I’ve got pretty limited sympathy here. Trump not paying for rallies was a news story YEARS ago. Any city that has since agreed to host one of his rallies (or whatever) without demanding payment upfront has only themselves to blame.
If anything, it should be the citizens suing the city for gross incompetence and negligent mismanagement of their tax dollars. In fact, I’d call for the state attorney general to investigate anyone who greenlit such obvious, foreseeable fraud.
It’s not a matter of how he grips it; it’s a simple question of weight ratios!
Those Pesky ‘Read It, Never Said It’ Words Are The Epitome Of Chaos
You made an honest mistake. It happens.
Okay. Thank you for taking my question seriously. I know it’s silly, but it was bugging me.
I need to go to bed.
Is this a surprise to anyone?
This is relatively unimportant, but I noticed that Ms. Marvel’s parents call their daughter Kamala “kah-MAL-uh”. Are there different regional pronunciations of the same name? Was it just bad research on Disney’s part? Is it something else?
Jack Smith is fighting the good fight. Win or lose, he’s a hero for trying as hard as he has.
I completely agree with everyone who’s told you to do what you love. I do have a question for you to consider, though: is sculpting really the problem, or is it the academic environment (with all the rules, pressure, judgement etc. that you’re dealing with). Classes can suck the joy out of anything.
I don’t want to discourage you from changing your path; I just want you to be sure that you’re being honest with yourself.
Living in denial is easy to continue doing and widely encouraged, while being very hard to overcome.
Stay classy, Don.
