Israel has the world’s sympathy and support but if they retaliate brutally and massively that sympathy and support will shift to the Palestinians.

True but it works effectively to bully and send a message. All fall in line, while those that don’t find they get the shittiest jobs possible.

Unions have been compromise in the past. The union may be staffed by incompetents or bribed.

A good example is Crisco, a 100% transfat cooking oil that corporations pushed for decades.

It’s been mid 70s here in the day and mid 50s at night just about all summer so far. Bought two window air conditioners but never bothered to install them. We open windows at night and close them in the day.
