Born and raised in London. Just a normal guy with a moral compass.
Grab yourself a Zigbee coordinator and some Zigbee Temperature Devices off AliExpress or from Ikea if you’re willing to pay more.
Apologies, I didn’t post properly initially as I was trying to post from a new device and it went pear.
I believe a couple Android clients have multi support. Voyager IIRC.
Last I checked, the issue is down to different people wanting different things. Some people want instance.tld/multi/community1 .tld1;community2 .tld2;community3 .tld3
, others want instance.tld/multi/hash
but some people want instance.tld/greedy/topic
of which, there’s no easy way to do and definitely won’t happen, but because they’re so vocal, it’s just stalled the whole implementation.
But I think that if multi community view is implemented and we can opt communities out of all, it might increase quality, which could be interesting.
Nope, you can find the feature request here https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/818
Literally every time that someone asks for clarification about a post to do with the trans community, it turns out that they’re transphobic.
Press into the post and you get extended options in the kebab menu
Cross-posting is one of Lemmy’s greatest features. Though I would suggest you limit it to three posts. One of the greatest things about cross-posting is it enables people to find new relevant communities, so I would suggest posting from smallest to largest.
Photon is hosted at !photon@lemdro.id I believe.
Home Assistant has all these points, but it’s about the automations we build. In the video, he explores an automation that dims the lights when he plays stuff on the TV and brightens the lights when he pauses. He explores why it’s not kid or wife friendly and how to fix it.
I love posts like this. Thanks for sharing.
You’re right. Sorry, I’m out of ideas.
Maybe slrpnk has defederated from ML?
What about now?
Unsubscribe and resubscribe. It should fix it!
Forgive me if I sound like I’m trying to over simplify things.
So your coordinator is the piece of hardware that listens for Zigbee devices. You typically plug your coordinator into your Pi or NUC on an extension cable and coupled with an add-on in Home Assistant or two, it will convert that to Mosquitto which is a Home Assistant readable format.
When you’re going through things, just make as many threads as need be and people will offer advice. In the meantime, this video should help
Nice. You took it one step further than I would’ve and in such a nice way.
You’re right and all my blinds are Venetian, so I should’ve thought of that.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help
