Yeah, killing fields for the win … 👎
Yeah, killing fields for the win … 👎
Not even a good joke, sadly its very real.
I went to a catholic school, very small had like 15 people in a grade for the most populated grades. Usually 2 grades in a classroom. A nun was the principle and we had a priest for the church and some religion classes.
One day the priest was removed and we were all told he went back to Ireland.
Years later when the catholic church was raked over the coals, the dirty deeds were spelled out in the news paper.
That priest was moved from small town USA, Chewelah Washington, to a bigger city, Spokane, to remove him from allegations of sexual abuse. He continued those abuses at the School he was reassigned to!!

The guy who baptized me and my brother and sister. The guy I considered next to Jesus. The guy I told all my childhood sins to.
Fuck that guy, I hope he is in hell.
But not as pointless as any of the shit you’re spewing here.
I remember the FUD that was spread when Colorado and Washington State legalized. None of it happened. A local TV News crew created an exercise where they would make different levels of cannabis user drive a course while traffic cops would evaluate their abilities to operate a motor vehicle.
Every driver considered themselves to stoned to drive safely even though the cops said they didn’t drive like it. The Stoner girl said she was way to high to drive and wouldn’t even try in real life but she passed the tests.
And the smell thing… Pioneer Square in Seattle has a smell to it, if it hasn’t rained in a while. Lots of pissing in the alley type behavior. I worked for a hospital that ran a clinic there. Usually the area stinks.
A long comes accessable cannabis for all. IDK if you don’t like the smell of pot smoking.
It’s by far better than the smell of piss.
A couple months ago I was at the same hotel as West. I tried to extend a hand of recognition but he would have none of it. I assumed at that point he wasn’t genuine. Disappointing.
TrickDacy is on the case!
I’ve worked in hospitals, and once we had a vacuum tube container (basically the kind that banks use for drive up banking) bust open in the middle of the line. They determined the blood was biohazard and considered to be infected with something nasty. We worked around it but one of my coworkers had to deal with a PC that got blood dripped in/on it.
We used PPE and put all the things in biohazard bags and sent it to surplus.
We evacuated the rooms that were affected but business continued everywhere else.
Blood in vials might be concerning but evacuation of a whole building for it is ridiculous.
Jack London called it in 1908. The Iron Heel hits hard. Brought Orwell to 1984.
They presented the voided check stubs that made it through the banks
And reflective!

CONGRESS HAS ALWAYS HAD A POOR APPROVAL RATING
I’ll add more meh to the mix, Congress has ALWAYS been viewed that way retired Rep. Higgins. JFK have you not ready any history?
Not me. Fuck Trump. Biden is a good guy and I would vote for him no matter what but I think the idea of Harris getting to be president because Biden is too old and dies is a win win. So the Biden - Harris ticket is fuck yeah from me.
My account was banned for telling him I hope he dies in jail
The old one is truly beautiful in it’s ironic ending. The main character goes home and sees the young being subjected to the propaganda and he is broken by it. And it’s not even aware that WW2 is right around the corner, so it’s point is so strong looking back in hindsight.
the old one, the 1930 film
I havent seen any other. Was the modern remake any good?
The movie always stands out in my mind. Its beautifully shot and the respect that the director gave to the material is very iconic to me. I have only listened to an audio book of it, so I cant say that I really trudged through reading it. The message about trying to empathize with the enemy is something that I feel close to. My grandfathers mother remembered her grandfather Red Cloud in stories that she told her grandchildren and were told to me. I think about how close those historical people like my grandfather Red Cloud or Sitting Bull or Crazyhorse and how they are not that far away from me today. My mothers cousins remember their grandmother talking about being at Wounded Knee looking for survivors with her mother. The idea behind the pain and suffering that war brings to everyone is a good reminder that most people are caught in a situation and its always good to think about walking a mile in their shoes before you judge them and then take up arms to kill them.
*All’s quiet on the Western Front *
Is a very good book and movie that shows the nightmare unfolding and how the main characters react to WW1, and the horror at the end when they see it all new again for the leading up to WW2. Best movie besides Das Boot to humanize the enemy and get into their lives to see how the majority of them were tricked into war
Traffic cones are perfect to contain those tear gas canisters!
