    “Ignorance Is Strength.”

    Back in the day, William F. Buckley was the voice of Conservatism. Articulate and well read, he had strong logical reasoning behind every position he took. That lasted until Nixon took on attack dog Spiro Agnew as his Veep. Agnew’s main role was to be the lightning rod pulling criticism from Dick. Then you got the “I’m a leader, not a reader” style of Reagan and cowboy Bush Jr.
