Sources: Cowboys get Lance from 49ers for pick

The San Francisco 49ers are sending quarterback Trey Lance to the Dallas Cowboys for a fourth-round pick, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Kinda expected this, but the Cowboys?! Gross. Well, best of luck to Lance, and I can’t wait to see Purdy tear it up this year!

    The draft is always a gamble anyway… we lost on drafting Trey, but we won on drafting Purdy. The fact that we’ve been competitive on the field throughout Trey era really takes the sting out of the picks we spent to bring him here.
