Good points. Trump is treated with kid gloves because he and his followers are so very fragile. But it does a great disservice to everyone to pretend they’re normal politicians deserving of respect and serious treatment. They are dangerous liars and buffoons, neo-fascists who want to overthrow democracy itself. We can never lose sight of that.
