In any event allegedly 4 of these box explosives have been linked, the mandatory minimum for explosives during 4 Federal felonies would result in a 70 year consecutive sentence (so has to be in addition to whatever happens for the electronic interference). So even with the ghost of Johnny Cochran its a life sentence if he does not beat all the charges.
