Too lazy to research it, but curious if North Dakota sees more people vote because there is no requirement to register, or if they are suppressing votes from people who don’t have a government ID?

Unfortunately they put tougher requirements on the types of accepted IDs, yes. This especially impact Native American voters in North Dakota
