In a wide-ranging interview, Wilson said he opened a D.C. “church service” because of the number of Christians who adhere to his church’s teachings within the Trump administration. One of the most prominent followers is Hegseth, who attends the newly opened D.C. congregation.

“If Kamala [Harris] had won the presidency, there would have been basically zero evangelicals in the White House administration,” Wilson said. “And although Donald Trump is not an evangelical by any stretch … his administration is full of them.”

That’s why Wilson sees an opportunity for his beliefs to be seriously considered at this moment, including the belief that eventually the U.S. should be a Christian theocracy, whereby Christian principles dictate state authority and religion and politics are tightly intertwined.

Eh, I wouldn’t count on a revolution en masse. Or even a general strike for that matter. Many leftist Americans are armed, but are not organized and have not developed deep mutual aid networks. Resistance is only is effective when it’s organized and massive. Not to mention having to train a bunch of new fighters in things like urban combat, and training civilians in proper civil disobedience. You have to raise both a peaceful movement in tandem with an armed resistance.

I do predict a few days of sporadic, chaotic violence, but it will be quickly stamped out. The administration will paint itself as “heroes” for defeating “insurgent communist terrorists.”

That sporadic violence will be pointless. Possibly massive riots in few large cities, where rioters just end up destroying their own neighborhoods and not going after the real enemies.

It’ll take hyperinflation, waiting in lines at food banks to only find out they ran out of food, etc. Also, many more people you know and love being dragged off, imprisoned and killed. The storming of the bastille and the Bolshevik Revolution happened under much worse material conditions.
