The 30-second spot, entitled “Republicans In Your Bathroom,” targets the GOP over its fixation on restricting trans people’s access to restrooms and locker rooms. The ad, which The Hill reports is part of a larger buy worth over $1 million per The Hill, begins with a young girl entering a bathroom and to her horror, encountering an older white-haired man sitting in the stall waiting for her. He greets her with a short hello. Immediately, the girl presses the man for answers, “What are you doing? Who are you?”

“I’m your Republican congressman. Now that we’re in charge, I’m checking to make sure that there’s no trans people in the wrong bathroom,” he says.

Her response: “Bathrooms are private. Don’t you have anything better to do?”

“I won the last election, and this is my priority,” he says, “Now let’s make sure you’re really a girl,” ending with an ominous smirk.

Do not vote for neoliberals unless you want neoliberals to continue running the party. Make sure the person who earns your vote is a progressive.

Sadly doesn’t work when that’s the only option

Voting only works if people get involved long before election day. In many places, your vote literally doesn’t matter

But even if you’re just chipping away at a mountain, getting involved will only increase the influence you have over the process

There is no peaceful solution to an infestation of conservatism. But, step one is proving that we tried the peaceful option first.

It is immoral to vote for a conservative. It is not immoral to overthrow conservatives by force or to remove them from functional society. They are a threat to the safety and welfare of everyone around them. Fixing this kind of mess has historically involved a lot of blood, sweat and tears. Mostly blood.

I’m pointing out that in a lot of races it’s conservative vs conservative with a lot of propagandized people who will blame those on the left no matter what happens as the dems do everything they can to kill any movement leftwards/towards progress
