“A week in Gander one day.”
An older guy retired from mil aviation. Having taken my family trans-ocean sailing, in the Sound Pacific, now couch surfing/ pet-sitting in Mexico with an eye to settle somewhere not too hot, not far from the beach.

I’ve always heard it pronounced “Kay-roe”. 🤷
I went to school on base, grades 1-4, mid 1960s. My takeaway: planes with Ramjets!
This is what happens when the rules don’t apply to everybody equally. The military is at the top of the class for doing so. Still it happens; where it appears a “guilty bastard” avoids the usual punishment thru influence, rank, or some other reason. It sets a very bad example, and the troops can get testy if they don’t get the same (perceived) treatment.

Sunscreen sounds unmanly, but think about how you’ll feel with half your nose excised. Put it on your face especially!
Bravo!
Vigorous shaking mixes the thicker areas (where the sauce has settled) and the thinner (more watery) areas so they now have the same viscosity (pouring characteristics). Most importantly, this lets the mass of sauce slide cleanly down the bottle, helping the air bubble to also slide up in one unit at the same time, preventing the “air-lock” blockage at the opening. Important Note: Before vigorously shaking any container, ensure that the cap is truly secured! Now you are in control!

In keeping with their embrace and transformation of The Blues, Led Zeppelin lyrics are hopeful in the face of sadness.
I am looking forward to the anxious and exciting frisson of waiting for Monday, when the Edmonton Oilers will lift “the hardest trophy to win in professional sports”, the coveted Stanley Cup, to trophy of the NHL! Meanwhile, the hopes of me and my fellow Canucks may well be dashed before the weekend barely gets started.
I can well imagine that is difficult to be passionate about some installation’s heating and cooling system. But problem solving IS something that many people are passionate about. Good distinction!
Walla Walla Washington! It was one of ten airports (not sure exact number, but few!) in the first release of MS Flight Simulator. Also Yakima.
