Our rules about “standing” are fucked.
Ahem… George A. O’Toole Jr. was appointed as a United States District Judge for the District of Massachusetts by President Bill Clinton.
That’s all well and good, but not particularly relevant to the ruling. I remember a time when no one cared who had appointed a given judge … that time has passed, but obsessing about it isn’t helpful.
It helps me in noting behavioral patterns. Going out on a limb I’m not the only one.
Behavioural patterns are exactly that. Who appointed them is irrelevant to ascertaining their ideology. Reagan got O’Connor on the court, and that didn’t go as expected.
I disagree. Cool with you?
I’m here to present facts and opinions, not to tell you or anyone else what to think. We’re good.
Excellent. I think we can be frenz!
