Milwaukee Brewers owner Mark Attanasio is being forced to dedicate a $2 million beachfront property for public use after his company allegedly used heavy machinery to rip sand and rocks from a protected California beach to shore up his Malibu mansion.

The California Coastal Commission voted unanimously Thursday to approve a settlement requiring Attanasio’s company, 2XMD Partners LLC, to restore the damaged shoreline and dedicate the multimillion-dollar property for public use in eastern Malibu.

“The beach battle erupted two years ago when Attanasio’s next-door neighbor, billionaire James Kohlberg, sued him over the work. Kohlberg’s father co-founded global investment giant Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR).”

So he would have gotten away with it if his neighbor didn’t sue him. Just goes to show you how much these fucks do get away with and sometimes we get lucky and they snitch on each other. Billionaires are a fucking scourge on this country.

As far as I know, every billionaire is a shit eating pedo. Until proven otherwise, they’re all Epstein class.

        Ehh, they aren’t all pedophelis

They are all horrible beings, but they can be horrible in their own special ways. There’s so many other moral laws that they pervert beyond just that one!

Millionaires maybe just lucky, billionaires need to make those connections somehow tho. They all either directly participated, or knew someone who does and didn’t tell anyone.

            yea, strongly agree.

You can be a millionaire, maybe even worth 10’s of millions and be entirely ethical, but to become a billionaire, let alone a multi-billionaire…

Let’s keep it local, don’t forget these fucks including the Democrats in power hate the idea of getting taxed more. They’d rather Californians suffer with ever decreasing quality of life before their wealth ever gets touched. This state will be better if they fucking left.

You cannot fight the ocean. The ocean will always win. Erosion will always win. No matter how many billions of dollars you have.

Another “cost of doing business” rape by the billionaire class. Why get permission when you can pay a relative pittance of a fine?

Why is Stole in quotes? It implies he didn’t steal sand from a public beach for his own piece of shit house in Malibu.
