Trump administration efforts to force change in the handling of election ballots may be facing a bigger hurdle than the cross-country court challenges and resistance: Election officials insist it is simply too late for them to even try to comply with the proposed rules.
I’m just gonna mention it’s historically been a lot easier for people to send others into the fray than go themselves. I think we called those people chickenhawks, in the day, but I don’t think it applies here.
Still, it’s an important historical point.
