narcissism: clearly met. Being admired for his imagined business acumen is his highest goal.
anti-social: met but can be explained in function of narcissism itself.
paranoia: I’m not seeing it.
sadism: I see suffering in the wake of his destructive path but it seems more a consequence than a goal per se.

If you see Trump speeches from 40 years ago, it is very evident that he does NOT have ADHD, back then he was perfectly coherent and could stay on track for hours. People with ADHD cannot do that.
