I thought they were just refunding the lease $ the companies had paid. Sounds like at least part of thr money is that?
Why so heavy on natural gas? We don’t even have ships to transport it.
There was something about suspending the Jones Act but I’ll believe it when I see it.
Here in New England we have to import natural gas to generate electricity, since we’re short on pipelines and the Jones Act mean we can’t ship it from the states that have it. Already some of the highest electricity, then they blocked our wind farms and now we’re just plain screwed
