TL;DR they went after people who were already vulnerable, and didn’t attempt to challenge people who were threatening Israel’s interests but also had strong prospects going into their primaries. They seem to a certain extent to have spent money in races where the incumbents were already facing a tough fight, so they could claim they were responsible if they did turn out to lose. You’ll notice Summer Lee, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib are still around, and winning by 20+ point margins.

    They scared

They’re not scared. That’s just what predators always do. Take out the sick and the weak. Yes Omar etc are fine because their districts are safe for them.

The fact remains however, that there are now less people openly supporting Palestine in Congress. And everyone in a competitive district will think twice about it.

The worst part of it is that no one left or otherwise is really fielding candidates to primary these groups. To get more supporting Palestine elected. In fact many self-proclaiming on the left are doing everything they can to hamstring the greater party and thereby reduce the ability of the remaining Congress people supporting Palestine. As you and I discussed below.
